During the spring and summer months spending time outside is a real treat. Many single motorcycle riders will take their biker women, or ride on the back of their Harley men to visit a local botanical garden to see the various sites and enjoy the warm aromas. Simply put, a botanical garden is a place where a group of people have planned out a wonderful garden, often highlighting some of the native plants and associated wildlife including birds, insects and small animals. It can be an extremely relaxing way to spend the afternoon, and it’s not surprising to see many people enjoying an afternoon there.
While walking through a botanical garden is certainly worth the time to do it,
quite a few botanical gardens around the country also offer the choice to drive or ride through the garden at your leisure. There may be a small entrance fee depending on the botanical garden, but in most cases it is extremely affordable. In addition, many gardens will have restaurants onsite or in close proximity, so grabbing a quick bite to eat while enjoying the flowers is an easy thing to do.

Ride with your motorcycle man to mountain for scenic
If you live close to a mountain range, or even some rolling hills one of the most enjoyable things that you can do is take your biker lover and ride for a scenic ride through the mountains. The winding roads, the scenic overlooks, the mountain air can all combine to make a wonderful and memorable trip. Many mountainous areas have scenic drives that are specifically designed for those who wish to see the beauty and splendor of the mountainous terrain either from the comfort of a car or the motorcycle. These routes are often clearly marked on roadmaps, so getting lost is harder than you might think. So why not pick a day and do a little sight-seeing with your biker girl or biker dud?
Maybe pack a small lunch and enjoy the view from one of the many scenic overlooks that you’ll pass on your day trip.
As you can see, there are quite a number of different and unique ideas that you can use to keep your riding fun and the time spend with your significant other enjoyable. No matter where ride, or what part of the world you call home, chances are you’ll be able to find something fun to do that involves motorcycle riding if you use your imagination. While it can definitely be all about the ride, there can be some much more to motorcycle riding than you can imagine.

Movie themes night for biker couples when riding isn’t on the schedule
Despite what you might want or think, riding a motorcycle during every waking moment of your life simply isn’t practical. Besides the need to sleep, eat and go to work, there are other times when riding simply isn’t possible, or even safe. Riding in inclement weather, although possible is not always advisable, and it certainly presents some hazards that make it less than enjoyable. So what do you do when the idea of riding motorcycle on your biker date isn’t something that is feasible? Sure you could ride out to a movie or a dinner date, something that nearly everyone has done at one time or another. Another option is to ride out and have a relaxing date at a coffeehouse.
But you’re different, and you know that your biker dating would be positively bored with either of these choices. You want something a little more unique, a little bit more exciting than your standard date fare. So what should you do? How can you have a good time, and make your motorcycle date memorable?
Ride out with your biker lover for movie theme at night. If you think about it, one of the most enjoyable things that you can do when it’s cold and rainy outside is to snuggle up on the couch, pop some popcorn, and watch a movie or two. Why not have you and your biker babe or biker boy make a theme night of it? On your way home stop by the video rental store, and see if you can find a few movies that share a common theme. Sure, you can do the normal things such as a horror movie theme night, or a comedy theme night, but it is also fun to make a bit of a game out of it.
Start by each of you picking out two movies-each with a common element or heme. It can be anything from the movies being produced by the same person, or having a common supporting actor. It could even be something easy like they have the same overall theme. But whatever you choose, your biker lover while watching the films has to guess what the common element is. If you win, they owe you a nice dinner out. If you lose, well, you owe them the same. Half the fun is trying to figure out what exactly the theme. The other half is snuggling beneath the blanket and sharing a big bowl of popcorn.
Another game that can be a lot of fun while you’re watching movies is to have a contest to see who can find the most items in the movies. This game is often coupled with drinking, but there is no reason why the contest can’t be done with other things, such as popcorn or movie theater candy. Start by deciding ahead of time what objects, or words that you each will be looking for. This game is best when it’s a movie that neither one of you and your biker match have seen; it’s no fun if you’re able to “cheat” by knowing what is in the next scene before your date does. As for the objects you choose, it really can be anything. It could be how many times a character says the word “no” or “eyes” or perhaps every time a gun clip is emptied- or if you’re really paying attention, how many times the gun seems to have unlimited ammo. Keep track of who points out the most items, and the winnings could include a nice ride up into the mountains on the next bright spring day.
If contests aren’t your thing, but you still want to have some fun while you enjoy your movie night, another option is to help the movie along by providing your own dialogue. Turn on the movie, mute the sound, and try to provide the dialogue, sound effects and even the musical score of the movie if you’re so inclined. This game works very well with movies that are new to you, and half the fun is comparing what you had to say with the real dialogue when you finally watch the movie with the sound on.

Take your biker girl and visit a motorcycle shop
If you ride motorcycles chances are that you enjoy looking at them as well. Why not do a little ogling with your biker match at your local dealership? Spend the afternoon walking around the local motorcycle dealership with your biker lover, and pretend to be in the market for a new bike. It can not only be a great way to try out some new rides, but it can also be a fantastic way to determine where your tastes lie. Plus, you can see what type of machines your biker lady likes for future reference.
Be sure to visit a few different dealerships, and get a look at a couple different types of bikes. If you’re very familiar with one style, this can be a great way to try out some of the bikes that you normally wouldn’t consider.
Plus, who knows? You might just find out where to buy your next motorcycle.
Of course, if you don’t want to essentially waste the time of the dealers or sales people at the motorcycle dealership, there are still many different specialty shops that deal with motorcycle supplies and memorabilia. This type of shopping can also be a great way to see the latest trends and prices on the various things that you use in your everyday riding life. Plus, the prices may be a bit easier to handle than going out and buying a brand new motorcycle.

Ride with your lover for motorcycle touring
You know your city. You’ve lived on these streets for years. You know the best places to get a Rueben sandwich, and the locations of the potholes on the main street. You lived here for so many years that many things pass by you in this city, almost completely unnoticed. In fact, you have to smirk when your new biker friends or match come to your town, their eyes wide with astonishment, and their faces bright and smiling at everything. Tourists are the same just about everywhere.
However, acting like a wide-eyed tourist, complete with camera and horrifically bad tasting clothing can be a great way to see your city in a new light. Start your biker dating by making a list of the places in your town or your biker lover's city, that are tourist magnets- you know the places where you normally would not be caught dead in.
Take a disposable camera, or even one of the cheap digital cameras that you find in stores today and go on a photographic safari through the streets of your city. Take pictures for you and your biker match in front of the local landmarks, and be sure to make them as cheesy as possible. Try and visit some of the most scenic views in your city, and look at them with new eyes, pretending to be artists looking for the best photograph.
Of course, going on a photographic safari across the city can make your and your biker babe rather hungry. Here’s where acting like a tourist can be a great thing. Perhaps there is a restaurant that you’ve always wanted to try, or a local diner that calls out to you. Why not try these places out now? After all, you and your biker date are tourists- you might not get the chance to experience these things in the same way again. Finally, end your biker date with a leisurely stroll through your area, or a visit to one of the local restaurants for some dessert and coffee. Keep things relaxed and friendly. Pretending to be a tourist can be a great way to have a bit of fun.

Old bikers keep youth and passion forever
Bikers are always young forever, their passion does not decrease. Old single bikers need dating even if they are 99 years old. For bikers, never too late to love. Facts are always more eloquent than words, so we will write little and show photos.
Building a interesting Relationship with your biker match
Riding is one of the most fun activities that a most single motorcycle enthusiasts can enjoy. However, sometimes keeping things interesting can be challenge. When you’re starting a new relationship, you can definitely have a mix of emotions. A relationship can bring happiness, frustration, trepidation, elation, and excitement, perhaps even in the same day. It can feel like you’re walking on air, without a care in the world.
However, the excitement, the newness of the relationship doesn’t last forever. In fact for some relationships, it is over rather quickly. So
the question becomes, how do you keep the fire smoldering and hot, instead of letting it fade away? How do you keep the communication lines open, and the interest piqued long after you and your biker woman ridden together down your favorite road?
It is important to remember that any relationship, whether you are a friend, lover, co-worker or even a parent requires work. Many people new to relationships think that everything should come easily, that simply being with the person will allow things to develop smoothly without too much effort. However, those who have solid, long lasting relationships know that the truth is something very different. For any relationship to be a strong one, effort by both your and your biker match need to be put into the relationship.

10 Reasons Why You Should Date a Woman Who Rides a Motorcycle
1. We Travel Light
It is a scientific fact that all a girl really needs for any given vacation fits easily into a tank-bag: toothbrush, bikini, a littleblack dress, heels, sunscreen, lip-gloss, mascara, and a tire pressure gauge. Girls who ride motorcycles know this. No bulky bags crammed with “essentials” like clean underwear and shampoo that you’re expected to shlep around for her. Chances are, we’ve got a cool tank bag that doubles as a stylish purse anyway.
2. We’re a Cheap Date
Forget $15 martinis and $40 sea bass; we’re good with a Frog Dog and a beer at the races. Of course, our dream-date is a long ride on a twisty road with lunch someplace where they bake their own bread and the hostess calls the guy making sandwiches “dad.” Bonus: we show up with our tanks already full.
3. We Get You
Feeling like a rock-star for taking your scarlet-faired torque-monster of an Italian race bike down the “scenic route” on your GPS that turned out to be sixteen miles of winding, mostly-dry, dirt logging trails and moss-slimed riverbeds? We get that. You are a rock-star. Pull off a stunt like that and we’ll probably throw ourselves at you.
4. We’re Tough
Another scientific fact: if you ride a motorcycle, at some point, you’re going to fall down and go boom. Been there, done that, and we’re not about to boo-hoo when (not if) it happens again. It takes a lot to make women riders cry. As in, “sorry ma’am, that repair bill is going to cost you a lot”.
5. Crazy Ex-girlfriends Are Afraid of Us
Doesn’t matter what we ride (not like she’d know the difference, anyway), your nut-job ex sees you holding hands with some girl who’s holding a helmet in the other, and suddenly, camping out on your porch with a batch of your favorite cookies on what would have been the two-year anniversary of your first date doesn’t seem like such a good idea. You could be escorting the new gal to her pearl-pink Vespa, but all’s that psycho sees is “BIKER-CHICK”. In the twisted hierarchy of feminine badasses, we’re sort of up there. Right under female Navy Seals and Heidi Klum.
6. We’re into leather.
Need I say more?
7. We’ll Support You in a Way You’re Unaccustomed
As any man in a steady, cohabitative relationship with a woman knows, in order to maintain emotional homeostasis, all big purchases (doesn’t matter what for), must be approved by the female. It’s true. In 80 percent of U.S. households, it’s the woman who wears the fiscal pants, so it’s really in your own best interest that the woman in your house digs motorcycles, too. Not only will we approve your purchase of that vintage scrambler or the latest bike-of-the-year, we just might surprise you with it on your birthday. Plus, we’ll keep you in gear, too. When some poor guy stops to ogle your bike and utters that familiar, most emasculating phrase ever voiced by the human male, “I’ve always wanted a motorcycle, but my wife won’t let me have one”, go ahead, twist that knife. Tell him your girlfriend/wife bought it for you.
8. We’ll Get Off (and Stay Off) Your Back
Admit it: riding is a lot more fun without a 130 lbs backpack. Why, with my vast knowledge of spinal anatomy and physiology, I estimate riding solo could extend the total life-time and ride-years of the average 30 year-old rider by a good 17.4 years*, simply by removing the added physical burden of a passenger. See where I’m going with this? Dating a woman who rides her own bike is actually healthy for you.
9. Your Mother Will Love Us
She may not admit it at first, but secretly, every mother hopes her son will date a strong woman. This is your ace in the hole when she tells your mom she works part-time as a dancer at a “gentleman’s club” while studying to be a tattoo artist. Mom will overlook all that: she rides a motorcycle, ergo, she’s strong. The line of thinking here is “good; let her take over,” And if a motorcycle-riding, pole-dancing, tattoo artist of a girlfriend can’t make a man out of you, get help. (PS – Most of us are not pole-dancing, tattoo artists BTW.)
10. Every Guy You Know Will Be Jealous of You
You tell a guy about a girl you know who rides a motorcycle, and their imagination kicks in to sixth gear. Let it. (See motorcycle-riding, pole-dancing, tattoo artist GF, above.)

Interesting First Date Ideas when you ride with online friends first time
If it has been decided that you are going to meet with your online biker friend for the first date, from the network chats to reality meeting. Now is the enviable task of deciding where to go and what to do. While there are countless possibilities, there are a few tried and true ideas to consider. Also keep in mind that there is nothing wrong with using your imagination in creating the perfect first rider meeting.
Of course, as a single biker. You and your online biker match love the same lifestyle of riding motorcycle. Ridging out together to a biker rally, motorcycle events or to a biker bar between your both, is the first choice for your first biker dating activity. Riding for a camping travel is not a good idea for the first date, especially for those single biker women if your online biker friends is horny and always ask you about your relationship and has nothing really going on in his own life

Run Whatcha Brung at the Old Town Bike Drags
With few exceptions, long gone are the days of old school motorcycle drag races. The Old Town Bike Drags are one of those exceptions!
Once upon a time, long before the day of the corporate sponsored Supper Rally, bikers used put together small events that often included bike drags. Sometimes organized, sometimes not but always a great time had by all. Most of the bikes were ride-ins and home builds while a few of the wilder rides might have had the support of local business or a club sponsor. There were no entrance fees for spectators, no fancy starting line Christmas tree lights and certainly no national TV coverage. The days of the old school motorcycle drag races are all but a thing of the past but there are still a few around.
One such event that started up about a half dozen years ago is the Run Whatcha Brung Bike Drags held in Old Town, Idaho. The brain child of a long time biker who has wanting to involve the town in a fund raising event for Veteran’s, Algie and his foxy lady he affectionately calls the Harley Harlot, began to rally the troops together and before they knew it, they had themselves an old school motorcycle drag race event set up that would run right down the center of Main Street Old Town, Iowa.
The Old Town motorcycle drags are as old school as it gets and the Run Whatcha Brung mantra holds true to form with the majority of bikes paired up and running down the quarter mile of asphalt being daily riders, bikes that rolled in to town for the event and departed the same way. You’ll see everything from stripped down ridged framed knuckleheads to souped up, chromed out baggers lining up to take a run down Main Street.
To the pleasure of the on looking crowd, a couple of hot rod scooters always make an appearance at the motorcycle drags. More for exhibition than all out competition, everyone loves to see these high horsepower hogs, line up, burn out and bust the stop watch.
These motorcycle drags are a family affair as well as fund raising event and just like in the old days, everyone pitches in to do what they can to make the event a success. There is plenty of food available; the standard fare of vendors; music; a bike wash and a favorite amongst bikers, a swap meet. And it’s not all about bikes as you’ll see several four wheeled hot rods burning up the quarter mile through the day.
There is not a dull moment at the Old Town motorcycle drags as intermission brings out some great talents including exhibition and stunt riding, always a real crowd pleaser.
No self-respecting old school motorcycle drags are without flag girls to get the action started and Algie and the Harley Harlot always manage to muster up some fine looking ladies to get the bikes and cars rolling on their short run down Main Street. The flag girls dress it up right in sexy fishnet tops, mini-skirts and stocking courtesy each year and are as much a spectacle to watch as the drags themself.

Find Local Biker Singles for Dating and Ride
Bikers are a special breed all their own. Personal experience of a good ride is difficult to describe. Being on the road is just where a true biker wants to be more than anywhere else. The phrase "live to ride, ride to live" says it all. There is nothing like feeling the wind in your hair or in your face while riding with a smile, feeling that power between your legs while cruising or feeling those G's while roaring down the road just can't be beat. Although having spent an equal amount of time on off-road bikes, cross-country or in-town cruising on Ducati, Harley or other chopper or even an old vintage bike like an Indian, is just as satisfying. Although partial to the smooth ride of a BMW or Triumph, I can't wait to take a ride on one of the new generation Indians, and wonder if once again they will be able to break more speed records with the largest model of the new generation Indian bikes.
One day during a social gathering a fellow biker's gal seemed so eager to finish eating the mouth watering BBQ and get back on the road and I leaned over and asked her why she was in such a hurry. She got this little smirk on her face and shared with me one of the secrets (I won't reveal here) a biker gal loves a good ride as much as any guy. All I can say is that the vibration, roar and rumble really get's a biker gal's motor running, and the tighter she holds on, well, if you can't figure out why your gal at times is holding on sooo tight, ask your gal. You might be surprised.
If you happen to be riding solo, HarleyPassion.com can help you solve that problem as well as provide you with the Largest database of like-minded biker singles looking to meet other bikers for friendship, sharing interests, companionship, love and to help each other. How to Share Ride with Biker Friends?
As you know, there is more to your life than just riding, and there are more reasons than sharing the ride to seek out a motorcycle companionship and biker friendship. Developing a biker relationship with someone allows you to grow as a person, and offers you things that you simply cannot get on your own. A biker friend or a motorcycle lover who takes the time to understand you and build a relationship with you can offer a sense of comfort that can't be matched. Imagine not having to fill in every little blank, or having the ability to re-start a conversation without having to rehash everything that came before.
Another aspect that a solid relationship or friendship can provide is the feeling of connectedness to another person or biker group. In a very real sense, one of the fears that are ingrained into the human race is the fear of being alone. Becoming connected to someone, either through a relationship or a friendship can provide a feeling of being a part of something, a feeling that many search for all their lives.
Creating a relationship, especially with someone who shares your love and passion for motorcycle riding can also be a great way to build a solid support system. Over time, they will see you at your glorious best, and uncompromising worst. They will know what your home or apartment looks like at 3 AM, and what you look like when you've had entirely too many whiskeys and sodas. However, despite all that, if the relationship is built on a solid foundation, the support system that you have developed will be there regardless of the mistakes that you make.
A good friendship or relationship can also be a great way to build up your self-confidence. Let's face it; sometimes even the best personality can take a hit in the confidence department. However, by having an honest and strong support system, what you need to rebuild your confidence in what you are doing, and your ability to face the world.
While experiencing a sense of comfort, connectedness and a solid support system is extremely important, there are other things that a solid relationship can offer. A good riding relationship can offer you a check when your actions or thoughts aren't the best for you. Imagine having someone to bring you back to reality when your anger or frustration comes bubbling up to the surface. They can help to keep you honest with yourself and those around you. A rider friend can bring a different perspective, pointing out things that you may have overlooked, and therefore maybe allowing you to follow a different and better path in the end. A friendship can also be a wonderful learning experience, both for learning about relationships in general, as well as the relationship you have with your iron horse.
Also, there is a sense of loyalty and growth that can be nurtured and promoted through a relationship with people who share the same interests and passions of riding motorcycle. Sharing the experiences of the garage, of riding on the open road, of trials and triumphs can help you make yourself a better person. Imagine working late at night, fitting a new fender or beehive tail light on your favorite bike. Exchanging thoughts and conversations over the installation of a replacement gas tank, or smiling with understandable pride as your friend opens up the throttle of your latest motorcycle creation. It is those feelings, the mixture of joy, pride and love that is best shared with others.
Another reason that many people overlook when considering looking for a relationship within the biker community is the number of ways that having a relationship can open you up to new possible friends on motorcycles. With the advent of the internet, there are ways to contact and learn about bike lovers from around the world. Whether you stay close to home, or look in places such as US, Canada, or UK, beginning the search for a relationship can lead to many new possibilities for friends. By beginning the search, you'll be able to open your life to new possibilities and other people.
