Bikers are a special breed all their own. Personal experience of a good ride is difficult to describe. Being on the road is just where a true biker wants to be more than anywhere else. The phrase "live to ride, ride to live" says it all. There is nothing like feeling the wind in your hair or in your face while riding with a smile, feeling that power between your legs while cruising or feeling those G's while roaring down the road just can't be beat. Although having spent an equal amount of time on off-road bikes, cross-country or in-town cruising on Ducati, Harley or other chopper or even an old vintage bike like an Indian, is just as satisfying. Although partial to the smooth ride of a BMW or Triumph, I can't wait to take a ride on one of the new generation Indians, and wonder if once again they will be able to break more speed records with the largest model of the new generation Indian bikes.
One day during a social gathering a fellow biker's gal seemed so eager to finish eating the mouth watering BBQ and get back on the road and I leaned over and asked her why she was in such a hurry.
